Discover a new you in paradise.

Medical Tourism Panama was started by an American who fell in love with Panama while on a visit in 2000. He returned to buy several properties; one of them was close to the new Punta Pacifica Hospital. It occurred to him that people travel to far away cities all over the world for low cost surgery. Yet Panama has everything to offer and is much closer to mainland USA and Canada. This new hospital is a state of the art facility with qualified surgeons and experienced doctors. Hospital Punta Pacifica is the only facility in the Latin American and Caribbean region to be affiliated with Johns Hopkins Medicine International.

In many cases, patients have had to put their lives on hold due to the high cost of appropriate medical care or the long waiting lists as Canadians Experience. Medical Tourism Panama was designed to give these people a safe health care option with a new twist - combine their medical procedure with a holiday- in a fantastic jewel of a country!

We have first hand experience with the type of medical care and service that North Americans and others throughout the world expect. We have been watching the fall of once strong healthcare systems in recent years. This fall can be attributed to the large medically needy societies.
